Radaris will not remove my personal information from any of its websites. They also sell your info to other companies, and to any person who pays to see "more".

They also have an old resume of mine, and I have no idea how they got it. Its on a site called bizstanding.com-they are a Radaris company. I have been going back and forth with them via email. They want me to buy a membership so I can control my own info, or send screenshots and url addresses to them and then they try to remove it.

They even attached a how to video! Why should I do their job and send urls? Why should I pay to have it removed? No one answers the phone if you call the number they post.

I am so glad there is a lawsuit. Did you know that Radaris did not even show up to court?

Radaris will not remove a false arrest, incorrect information about me, and pics, imped Facebook accounts (45) that were falsely created by an ex, Facebook didn't even exist when I lived near an area that he posted on. This character assassination, lies, libel slander, harassment, and completely CORRUPT!

Because of this greedy, unethical, evil, hateful behavior, people cannot get employed, find friends, and it has ruined people's lives! ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN AGAINST THESE EVIL DATA BROKERS, LOBBYISTS, POLITICIANS, SECRETARY OF STATES & CHIEF JUSTICES ARE SUPPOSED TO OVERSEE THESE COMPANIES BUT THEY'RE ARE ALL APART OF THE SURVEILLANCE CAPITALISM. ANYTHING FOR MONEY. THERE'S NOTHING UNITED ABOUT THE USA!

IT'S THE WEALTHIEST AGAINST THE OTHER CITIZENS. A COUNTRY THAT FIGHTS WITHIN ITSELF WILL NOT STAND. ITS A FACT. ITS BEEN PROVEN THROUGH HISTORY.

TAKE THE CONSTITUTION AND BURN IT, NO ONE FOLLOWS IT.

THIS IS A DISGRACE & IS DESPICABLE. GOD HELP US ALL!

same here, they seem to be enjoying exposing peoples information.

I am tired of fighting Radaris to remove my info. I am hiring an attorney at this point!

Guest

I am already on it, I asked them to take down my information due to me having PPO's in place and kept adding it back!

Guest

There is a simple way to get their attention. According to BBB they are located in Cyprus.

.com domains are licensed by Network Solutions.

If there is a proof that the domain is used in "bad faith" it can be revoked. The complaints should go to both ICANN and Network Solutions.

I too have suffered at Radaris's inability to honor opt-outs. Additionally, you can have your "profile" removed (temporarily), however now personal information appears in general search results under headers such as "Addresses & Phone numbers" which you can NOT opt-out of because it is not associated with a "profile".

Their contact phone number never puts me in touch with a representative. Voice Messages are never returned.

I have filed a complaint with the FTC. I'm interested in starting or joining a class-action lawsuit if anyone else is!

We all need to contact our States Attorney about having their license and access revoked from the internet. This company is side stepping laws that are set up to protect citizens and this should never be allowed. Please contact your States Attorney!

Does anyone know how to *** the company and post their employees information online?

I have followed their (Radaris) directions to have my info removed, but they will not remove it. I've also sent 7 emails to request my info be removed, and they respond with directions on how to remove my info.

This definitely should be illegal.

Our info is being held hostage. Sign me up for any suit brought against these frauds please!

Today, April 8, 2019, a criminal complaint was filed with the Toronto Police Department against Radaris hosting company which is hosted at: https://www.cogecopeer1.com/. We encourage you to call the Toronto PD at (+1) 41*-***-****.

If even just 3 or 4 more people call and to file a criminal complaint Toronto PD will HAVE to get involved. So if you're reading this take 5 minutes to make the call and tell them you want to file a criminal complaint against COGECO Peer 1 hosting company.

Is anything being done yet?

Oh my gosh these people are jerks!! They have bogus information on me.

I'm living in a state I don't live in with and phone number from another state. They have relatives for me I don't even know. I won't make an account on their site because that is just playing into their *** I have sent emails several times and they send the same email each time. It's automated, they aren't reading the emails at all.

I am so angry with this site. I found their other sites too because the info on the other sites is a carbon copy of this site.

If anyone figures out how to take these people down, count me in all the way! They S*ck!!

If you wish to participate in a REAL lawsuit against Radaris and the individual who owns it and runs it then contact us at: AppleCampus(at)outlook.com We are going to go to Canada first (and Cyprus second where we have connections to lawmakers and present our case first hand). This is NOT a joke.

You must be prepared to put monies into the lawsuit for hiring an attorney, travel expenses, etc. In the lawsuit we will ask for all expenses to be reimbursed immediately and then ask for punitive damages per claimant. We will first go to Toronto, ON above Buffalo, NY to hire an attorney to contact Radaris hosting company which is hosted at: https://www.cogecopeer1.com/ We will then contact the Department of Justice to show we have filed a lawsuit against Peter Photiades who resides in either Nicosia, Cyprus or Toronto, Canada and where he in all probability is residing currently. That being said we'll be able to locate him through law enforcement via his passport.

It is possible he is residing in Canada as well. Radaris marketing office in the US is located at: https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/newton-center/profile/public-relations-counselor/radaris-america-inc-0021-13**** So we know where Peter Photiades office address is in Cyprus and we know where Radaris is being hosted in Canada and we know where his marketing office is in the US. Please understand either we go ALL IN (financially and otherwise) or we don't go at all. I am from a law enforcement family in the US and have a contact at the DHS.

We need to raise US$25,000 immediately. But we'll be able to file charges against him in the US for extortion, harassment, tortious interference and possibly more. No one has a right to keep an American's private info online when there has been a request to take it down. In our lawsuits in the US, Canada and Cyprus we will ask to have Radaris immediately shut down and threaten any hosting company and/or 3rd party that supports their operations that they will be held legally liable for assisting Radaris and we will, if possible, file criminal charges against Peter Photiades as well.

In the US we should be able to do that without issue. ONLY contact us if you are ready to financially and prayerfully support our prosecution of Mr. Peter Photiades and Radaris.com.

If so contact us at: AppleCampus(at)outlook.com Please make sure you leave your full name and cell phone number including area code. Thank you & God bless you.

I believe there are class action litigation groups who may take a case without a fee up front.

Radaris can't appear in court, because none of the individuals on the list gave them permission to use their personal private information.

Does it matter? BC Radaris is a third party aggregate site with the INTENTION of ACTIVELY SEEKING via its business model, software, and subscription sales, to collect personal and private individuals anyway, typically without their knowledge or permission.

And they have a history of making it difficult to fully OPT OUT when an concern is raised (my experience and others I'm reading about online).

BC the headquarters of this site are located in Cyprus, I was told by a BBB employee to file a complaint with the FTC. Know that you can do this too.

If you scroll down to the bottom of this and click on link Radaris is doing ...etc.... A poster offers instructions on where to file claims and which names to include.
