Class action lawsuit against them in California. I read they didn't show up to court.

I have emailed them numerous times to take down my information for safety/privacy reasons. As another reviewer has stated, they will temporarily and they do answer emails, but I find that I have to check the site EVERY week to see that my info is once again visible!
Horrible, sleazy and unethical company. They REFUSE to honor my request (yes, I did ask nicely) AND I have successfully permanently taken my profiles off of many other data brokering sites with no trouble. You can't opt out no matter what you do, and I have filed complaints with the FTC and Better Business Bureau.
I really hope they get shut down real soon. Keep milking the opportunity RADARIS to put people in danger, take the money and run (that is before you have to pay it all back in fines and possibly jail time).
